Classes that fit your day

We've built variety across the week - different class types, different times, something for everyone.


All classes are 45 minutes (Kids classes are 30 minutes), and open gym is available throughout all our opening hours.


Whatever your day looks like, we've got a class to fit around it. Early mornings before work. Mid-morning once the school run is done. Lunchtime if you can escape. Evenings when the day is finally done. Weekends when life is a little slower.


You can book classes up to 2 hours before they start.

Strength & Conditioning

Our core training pathway. Structured, coach-led sessions that build strength and fitness for all abilities - varied full-body workouts with scalable movements, expert guidance, and no need to plan your own training. Just turn up and work hard.

Cardio


From steady, moderate-intensity work to build your aerobic base, to high-intensity intervals that push your stamina and conditioning.

All abilities welcome, all sessions coached and scalable.

Functional

Strength

Strength training that actually serves you - in sport, in daily life, for the long term.

Coach-led, scalable sessions focused on moving better, building resilient joints, and staying injury-resistant.

Olympic Lifting

Learn the snatch and clean & jerk in a supportive, energetic environment. Suitable for all levels - whether you've never touched a barbell or you're looking to refine your technique. Achievable progressions and great coaching throughout.

Performance

High-intensity, performance-driven classes for serious amateur athletes. Advanced movements, tough conditioning, and focused coaching designed to prepare you for competitive fitness events. Experience required.

Recovery & Mobility

This isn't just stretching. It's structured, coach-led work to improve joint range of motion, movement quality, and recovery - so you feel better in everyday life and keep training for the long term.

Low Intensity

Focused on building strength, balance, and fitness to support long-term health and independence. Fully coached, thoughtfully scaled sessions that help you stay active, move well, and train with confidence.

Mid-Morning

A relaxed strength and conditioning class designed for the school-day window. Full-body, scalable, and coach-led - with time to train well, stay consistent, and enjoy the social side of the gym.

Intro & Technical

Want to get the foundations right before stepping into other classes? This is the place to start. Low-intensity, coach-led sessions focused on technique, confidence, and movement quality - at your own pace, with plenty of support.

Teen classes

(ages 13–16)

Coach-led strength and conditioning for teens, built around safe, effective training that develops confidence, healthy habits, and real skills for life. Supportive environment, expert guidance throughout.

Kids classes

(ages 8–12)

Fun, active, and age-appropriate - 30-minute sessions that teach the basics of movement and gym skills whilst building coordination, confidence, and a love of being active.
